4. Payments

Access to our digital course may require payment. All fees are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share access to the course with others.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Website or its content.

We do not guarantee that participation in our digital course will result in any particular outcome or professional qualification.

13. SMS Reminder Program Terms

Program and operator. SAGE Event Management, Inc. operates the SAGE Webinar and OBIE Membership Reminders SMS program. These SMS terms apply to enrollment through changecourse.ai and obie.io.

Messages you receive. When you opt in to webinar reminders, you agree to receive informational reminders and access links for the webinars you register for. When you separately opt in to OBIE membership-call reminders, you agree to receive recurring reminders and access links for weekly membership calls. These subscriptions do not include promotional offers or sales messages.

Optional participation. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of registering for a webinar, purchasing a membership, or accessing services. Registering, making a purchase, or accepting general website terms does not by itself enroll you in SMS reminders.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your webinar registrations and membership call schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your webinar registration or OBIE membership. To enroll again, complete the applicable SMS opt-in process.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact events@poweredbysage.com.

Delivery. Message delivery is subject to your wireless provider’s availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These SMS terms address messaging only and do not replace or modify the separate terms governing an OBIE membership purchase or use of the OBIE platform.
